Damaged, Missing, Wrong Items Upon Delivery
If you received damaged goods
1) Please do not accept.
2) We will send you a replacement immediately with NO CHARGE.
3) We will do the UPS/FEDEX claim for the damage.
If you received and found damaged goods in the package.
1) Call us immediately so we could do a UPS/FEDEX Claim.
2) We will ask you to email us a photo of the damaged product.
3) We will send you a replacement immediately, and arrange a Call Tag claim.
What happens if you do not want the replacement? You just want to cancel.
1) Please send a photo of the damaged product.
2) We arrange UPS/FEDEX Call Tag.
3) When we receive the damaged product from you we will make a refund.
What happens if the customer did not report within 48 hours?
It's very likely our carriers will accept the claim. We will try, but no guarantee of refund for the first delivery from the carrier. The 2nd replacement will be charged in full price. We will issue a refund when we receive a refund from the carrier. If the customer wants to cancel we only issue the refund if we receive a refund from the carrier.
