Rental Policy

A QUOTE IS MERELY AN ESTIMATE AND IS OFTEN SUBJECT TO CHANGE (I.E YOU RECEIVED A RENTAL QUOTE FOR 1-DAY, YOU KEPT IT 3 DAYS AND WANT TO BE CHARGED YOUR 1-DAY RATE ON THE COUNT OF "WHAT YOU WERE QUOTED")

BY READING, REVIEWING AND SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THESE TERMS AS WELL AS THE CALENDAR ABOVE RENTAL RATES.

ALL RENTAL PIECES MUST BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL STATE FLAT WHITE PAINT COLOR TO AVOID REPAINTING FEES.

Allow 24-hour preparation time after your order confirmation for cubes, pedestals, or wall flat pieces. A 3-day rate allows 1-week rental. 

Our rentals timing is as such:

Thursday 4pm - Monday 10am (1 day) weekend rate

Monday 10am - Tuesday 10am (1 day)

Monday 4pm - Wednesday 10am (1 day) - if picked up after 4pm, we do not charge for that day.

Monday 10am - Friday (5 days) or following Monday 10am (7 days maximum) -

Once 3 full billed days have cycled, we will allow an extension of rental time up to 7 days = 1 full week of rental time duration, and maintain the cost of 3 days cost/charged.  

Some examples correlating below:

Weekend Rate is billed for 1 day. The allowed time is Thursday pickup after 4pm and must be returned by Monday 10am.

For all other days, if you pick up starting on Monday at 11:30am, your rental has just started. You must return by the following day Tuesday - 10am.

If you picked up on Monday at 2 or 3pm, although we are suppose to release at 4pm, we may use our good judgement or discretion to allow the courtesy of an early pick, and not charge for that said day.

Week Rate, billed for 3 days. If we rent a steamer on Wednesday at 10am, used the rental on Thursday, Friday, and returned on Monday 2pm,  we would charge him only 3 days rental time (week rate)

Wednesday - full day          (1st day)

Thursday - full day               (2nd day)

Friday - Monday 10am full day   (3rd day)

Monday 10am - Monday 2pm full day   [(4th day) - now goes toward the 7 days allowance for the weekly rate/time]

The below rental agreement form must be completed and confirmed before any prep work to your items can start.
