This Manfrotto 153 Adapter enables more secure mounting of a Mole Richardson Baby series fixture to the top of a stand that has a standard 5/8 top stud. Its unique indentations mesh perfectly with the locking screw of the Mole fixture. It is 3.46 (8.8 cm) long.
